I answer UK and Irish inbound enquiries, conducting initial assessments and escalating qualified leads as appropriate. I also ensure both existing and prospective clients are happy and on track throughout their R&D tax claims and grant bids. Additionally, I work with existing clients to initiate new claims and work closely with Myriad’s delivery team to assign the most suitable specialists.
